Spring Onions Pie

Serves 1

You will need:

• 1 spring onions
• 50g mushrooms

Instructions:

1. pre-heat the oven to 210 C
2. defrost the mushrooms
3. whisk the spring onions
4. bake for 70 minutes and serve hot
