Another great site courtesy of the brilliant B3ta.com; This is a website which lists real emails people have received from their mothers.

My favourite so far is this IM exchange:

  • Me: MOM!
  • Me: i have internet in my room!!!!
  • Mom: what
  • Mom: wow
  • Me: WOW IS RIGHT!
  • Mom: right on mf
  • Me: what is mf?
  • Mom: my fruitcup
  • Me: oh of course

    hee.

scof Via the B3ta newsletter, here’s a link to a very amusing video of Phil Schofield of This Morning fame made to look like he’s singing about (and on) drugs.

    movies2 <<<ClickPik

Here’s a website which lists hundreds, if not thousands, of funny porn film titles based on real film titles. A few quality examples are:

    "A Beautiful Behind"
    "Womb Raider"
    "Schindler’s Fist"
    "Shaving Ryan’s Privates"
    "Glad he ate her"
    "Driving Into Miss Daisy"

I wonder if they’re all real pornos, or if some of them are just made up?

“Who needs a movie? Getting Married? Got a web site? Fund raising? Commercials? Selling something? Movies can make your life go better!!”

So goes the introduction  to this video on youtube.

But what is this? Is it a spoof? A Hoax? Unintentionally funny? Whatever it is, Fred & Sharon Spencer look like they’re doing ok out of it. You can watch 2 videos for free on their website, after that you have to pay a dollar. The video above has had almost half a million its so far (update: 640,000 hits), and its so bad that it just cries out “hoax” to me, but their Youtube channel doesn’t link to their website, which is a bit strange if they’re trying to make money.

Make up your own mind, their website is here:

    http://www.fredandsharonsmovies.com/

Update: the website was down for a while, it appears to have crashed under insane bandwidth pressure, but seems to back up again now!

and the Youtube channel is here:

    http://uk.youtube.com/user/FredSpencerpu

And if they’re real, I hope they make tons of money!

fundy It’s a great website to go and have a giggle at. The title is an acronym for    "Fundamentalists Say The Funniest Darn Things"

On their top 100 page there are some brilliant examples of what nonsense small-minded extremists can come up with; and here are a couple I’ve c&p’d to whet your appetite:

"I am a bit troubled. I believe my son has a girlfriend, because she left a dirty magazine with men in it under his bed. My son is only 16 and I really don’t think he’s ready to date yet. What’s worse is that he’s sneaking some girl to his room behind my back."

    And:

"Everyone knows scientists insist on using complex terminology to make it harder for True Christians to refute their claims.

Deoxyribonucleic Acid, for example… sounds impressive, right? But have you ever seen what happens if you put something in acid? It dissolves! If we had all this acid in our cells, we’d all dissolve! So much for the Theory of Evolution, Check MATE!"

Brilliant. There are scary people around, be careful out there.

hitlercatI’m so pleased I found this site to share with you, it qualifies for almost every category I have including mad, crazy, daft, brilliant and haha; and even gets its own new category - ‘cute’.

It does "exactly what it says on the tin" too, although in this case the tin is of course a url. Yes, it’s a website where people can upload and share photos of cats that look like the late great Adolf Hitler. So goose-step on over there and enjoy!

doghead < Click this pic to have a lick (look)

The picture above is of a severed dogs head which has been kept alive by a Soviet scientist in 1928 by means of a machine he called The Autojector. He proved it was alive by feeding it a piece of cheese which promptly popped out of the other end! Wow!

This, and a list of the rest of “The 20 Most Bizarre Experiments of All Time” Can be found on the excellent Museum Of Hoaxes Site.

It also includes links to some great youtube vids, so get clicky!

    tory rape

This shocking story came courtesy of the Sky News widget this morning. I wondered if he was proposing it as a general policy, or whether it was more of a personal thing.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a cruel hoax - There was a word missing from the headline and it should have read “Cameron pledges tough rape sentences”. Boo!

Someone sent me this picture. Ok, its not a mad, crazy or daft website, but it did make me chuckle.

rapidresponse How rapid can it be?
